Great Northern Steamship Fishing Co

Attached is a photo of members of the above Association taken in 1893 at the George and Dragon Hotel, Westerham, Kent. I have no idea why they were there!
The man in the middle of the photo I am wanting to believe maybe my 3x great grandfather, Llewellyn Lloyd (known as William), Chairman of the company in 1893 and 1894. He also owned a refreshment house on St Andrews Dock and a fishermen's outfitters shop. He was born in Pembrey, Wales in 1841, drowned on a family excursion at Aldborough in 1903 due to cramp.

He owned various fishing smacks, Dr Livingstone, Mary Boyes, William Boyes and others. He was indentured to Thomas Edwards of Brixham on 25th July 1856 for 6 years, vessel named "Jane" of Dartmouth. Could that date be his date of birth? Something I would like to prove if possible.
