Fact File

Having actually seen the Viola / Dias in South Georgia in 1982 myself I would welcome her return to Hull.

The Viola was built for Charles Hellyer, after concentration on single boating since their arrival from Brixham the Hellyer dynasty would now enter into a new phase for the company. With the purchase of many new vessels the new Hellyer Fleet would join the North sea boxing fleets such as the Gt Northern and the Red Cross. The Viola H868 would be one of the vessels which was ordered to compliment the fleet.
