18 Mar 1922 The St Hubert was arrested by Russians for illegal fishing the following year Bosun King was to find himself in trouble again with the Russians aboard the Hull trawler James Johnson, he was threatened that if caught again he would be shot. The Lord Astor, James Johnson, and St Hubert were all arrested for fishing in the Russian Imposed 12 mile limit. The crew of the St Hubert where brought home by Icebreaker.

30 Oct 1922 Vessel returned to Hull after been released by Russians.
