The trawler escorts the submarine to Scapa Flow. 30 Sep 1942 at 06:30 hrs: O 15 and H.M.T. Loch Monteith arrive in Scapa Flow. 30 Sep 1942 at 12:00 hrs O 15 and H.M.T. Loch Monteith depart from Scapa Flow and head for Dundee (Scotland). 1 Oct 1942 between 12:00 and 16:00 hrs: The O 15 and H.M.T. Loch Monteith arrive in Dundee

09 Feb 1940: HMT Loch Monteith rescued the crew of a refrigerated cargo ship that had struck a mine in the Irish Sea off Liverpool out of a crew of 64 two crewmen died.
