Nov 23 1893 The Edward Robson arrived in Hull towing the Norwegian barque Cato, she had been found with her masts in tact but the sails blown away, the fate of her crew was unknown.

Hull Trawler Excelsior - 09 Jan 1905 In severe weather while fishing of Noup Head Westray the Excelsior came to take shelter and in the darkness went ashore on the Grand Egilshay, flare up lights and signals of distress were used and the crew of 9 were landed by the natives of Egilshay. H Marten the skipper remained with the vessel and was later taken off by the Hull Trawler Edward Robson which also transfered the crew to Kirkwall, the vessel is full of water and expected to beome a total loss.
