| The 7 crewmen below were charged with wilfully disobeying a lawful command and combining to impede progress of the trip, The Brunham while going into port to land a sick crewman ran aground off reykjavik Iceland. The following day after the vessel had been refloated and needed repairs, the above mentioned signed a statement saying they would not feel safe fishing due to the damage received to the bottom during grounding. The Judge was not satisfied a lawful command had been given and found that the men's attitude was not arbitrary or devoid of reasonableness. | |||
